IMB Bank has made good progress on its key strategic goals, and has continued to deliver solid results in what has been a challenging period for financial institutions.

IMB Ltd (“IMB”) today announces the completion of its off-market share buyback (“Buyback”). The Buyback was the fourth in a series of buybacks that IMB expects to undertake over the medium term.

IMB Ltd advises that the Deemed Market Value for the Off-Market Buyback of IMB Shares is $5.50.

IMB Bank held its Annual General Meeting today 25 October 2016.

IMB’s Board is pleased to announce details of an Off-Market Share Buyback under which it intends to buy back up to $18 million worth of its ordinary shares on issue through an off-market tender (“Buyback”).

IMB's share price has moved over the course of today, Monday 17 October 2016, from $5.30 to $4.55, down 75 cents.

Members are advised that the 2016 Annual General Meeting is to be held on Tuesday, 25 October 2016 at 10.00am (Sydney time), at the Hoskins Room, Novotel Northbeach Hotel, 2-14 Cliff Road, North Wollongong.

As advised by the Chairman at the 2015 AGM, following the amendment of the prudential compliance framework for capital instruments arising out of the Basel III regime, APRA commenced a review of the regulatory capital treatment of IMB’s ordinary shares against the requirements of APS 111 Capital Adequacy.
