My Business Statement Preference was Online but it has changed back to Paper?

In order to have a Statement Preference of Online you need to have provided a valid email address for the Business and have provided at least one ATO with the ability to view the eStatement via Internet Banking.

If you no longer have an ATO with the ability to view the eStatement in Internet Banking or we have trouble sending you your notification email then we may revert your Statement Preference back to Paper.
