We understand that natural disasters such as floods, storms and bushfires, can impact you financially and we are here to help.

If you are experiencing financial hardship due to a natural disaster event, or for other reasons, please call us on 133 462 and speak with one of our team to discuss your situation and how we may help.

Assistance we may be able to offer affected members includes:

IMB Deposit Accounts

• Waiving of any transaction fees for up to three months
• Waiving of debit card replacement fees
• Waiving of term deposit break costs
• Waiving of dishonour fees

IMB Loans

• Members experiencing financial hardship can apply for assistance simply by calling us on 133 462 and one of our team will work through your options which may include restructuring of loans and/or suspending payments for a period of time.
