7:55am Due to an issue with an industry service provider affecting several financial institutions, we are currently experiencing intermittent service disruptions to IMB Card transactions, including EFTPOS, and transactions using ATMs from other financial institutions.If you are experiencing issues with payment using your IMB VISA Debit Card, try using Tap’n’Go, or inserting your card and selecting “Credit”. IMB ATMs are still operational, as are all other services, including Internet Banking and the IMB App. We are working with our service provider to resolve the issue and we’ll update you as soon as we can.
